Back Office

The application is a Web Based solution, strongly secured, mainly used for the booking management and the search of information regarding the tour operator’s touristic package.
It is used by the tour operator’s employees (front office operators) in the main office, branch offices and callcenter.

  • The booking management
    Optional booking, firm booking, on-request booking, automated cost calculations, possibility of adding supplements and additional services, etc.
  • CRM functionalities (Customer Relationship Management)
    Customer/tourist/contract holder management, tasks, events, calendar, mass e-mail, mass notes, confirmation e-mail/sms, customizable notification models, opportunities, etc.
  • Information look-up
    Available accomodation, destinations, bookings, clients, etc.
  • Export of documents
    Hotel offer, cost precalculation, contracts, confirmation, visa and accommodation vouchers, tickets, declarations, etc.
  • Post
    Incoming, outgoig, mass envelope printing, stickers, managing orders from price and presentation catalogs, recordkeeping documents, etc.
  • Employees relations
    Requests, holidays, leaves , approvals , reports
  • Detailed reporting: basic reports and management reports
    Voucher list, plane ticket list, final lists, rooming list, occupancy rate in trasportation and accomodation facilities, sales statistics (points of sale, users, reselling partners), task monitoring, user activity monitoring, multiple criteria booking monitoring, etc
  • Accounting integration
    Prepares billing information, or integrated with an accounting system(ERP) it issues and tracks invoices and their balances. If integrated with an accounting system, it can allow tracking and reporting on outstanding balances (by departures, by tour code, etc.)
