Dealer Office

The application is a Web Based solution, used like BackOffice, mainly for the booking management and the search of information regarding the tour operator’s travel package.
It is used by the tour operator’s reseller partners.
The difference between DealerOffice and BackOffice consists in the displayed details.

Main features:
  • The booking management
    Optional reservation, firm reservation, reservation on request, automatic calculation, supplements and additional services can be added, etc. When an order is placed, the tour operator's employees are notified in BackOffice by tasks, they can confirm or reject an order, invoice, etc.. All the changes made on a booking in BackOffice are seen in real time in DealerOffice by the reseller.
  • Information look-up
    Places available for transport, hotels, destinations, bookings, customers, etc.. Displaying information depends on the travel agency's preferences. The travel agency can turn on or hide certain features of the application. For example it is possible for a partner X to hide a certain destination of sale or for example for a partner Y to be given information about the exact capabilities.
  • Export of documents
    Hotel offer, cost precalculation, contracts, confirmation, visa and accommodation vouchers, tickets, declarations, etc. Exported documents are customized for each partner.
  • Reporting
    List of invoices and balances, opportunities, sales statistics, hotels in "stop sales", etc.
