Besides the main modules Admin, BackOffice (for tour operators) and DealerOffice (reseller partners), Travel Genie contains a Web Based solution for online orders (WebOrder), a Web Based solution for guides (OutOffice) and a web service for bidding and booking (ReservationWS).
 

 

WebOrder

WebOrder description

WebOrder is a Web Based solution designed for direct clients that makes the creating of reservations and orders possible in real time. The payment is done on-line (e-payment).
 

 

OutOffice

OutOffice description

OutOffice is a solution used by the tour operator’s guides. This web based solution has as main tasks the tourists control at the destination, the customer care and the sales.
 

 

ReservationWS

Reservation Web Service description

Reservation Web Service is a Web Service intended for the reselling partners’ software. It lays-out the tour operator’s offer/product and allows the design of bookings/orders in real time right in the tour operator’s data base. In other words, integration in the reseller agent’s software.
 

 

MerlinX Web Service

MerlinX Web Service description

Web service that allows the MerlinX application to collect the tour operator's offer/touristic package/ content. This service makes the bond/integration between MerlinX and Travel Genie.
